Hotel Keurusselkä opened in June 2020. We want to offer experiences, good food and drink, and a great setting for relaxing or working. We operate all year round next to the beautiful lake Keurusselkä.
In total, the area offers accommodation for over 200 people in hotels and 180 people in cottages.
The main advantages of our accommodation are comfort, a wonderful natural environment, and good services. Hotel Keurusselkä wants to be a responsible business partner and employer and promote sustainable tourism. As proof, the hotel has a Green Key certificate and the right to use the Sustainable Travel Finland label. The hotel has about 20 employees and this number changes during the seasonal time.
- The hotel’s main building has 58 rooms. Restaurant’s windows open onto a great lake view and there is a big place to party on the dance floor. In addition, the space can be used as an events venue upon request.
- There are two accessible hotel rooms. The lobby and reception are barrier-free, and there is barrier-free access to the restaurant as well. On the entrance floor, near the lobby, there is an accessible toilet, where a childcare area is also located.
- The hotel has a sauna and spa area. The spa has a small swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a pool suitable for small children. All customers are welcome to the spa. It is not needed to stay at the hotel to enter the spa area.
- Hotel Keurusselkä has several meeting rooms. The largest one is Keurusselkä-Sali. The hotel also has a gym, children’s playroom, and facilities for wellness treatments.
- The original Lomahotelli has 32 rooms and a common lounge where you can, for example, make coffee. Lomahotelli is still used for accommodation all year round, and it is about 150 meters away from the main building.
- There are 30 holiday cottages in Keurusharju near the hotel. The holiday apartments were completed in 1991.
- The beach saunas are mainly available by appointment. You can also ask for a one-hour sauna shift for yourself. The area of bigger sauna is for about 25 people and the smaller one is for about 10-15 people.
- Authentic Pirtti works mainly by occasion. During the summer, it is also possible to stay there. Feel free to ask more since Pirtti is also in use during the winter. This is the oldest building in the area. It was built in 1937.
