Little Leena was on holiday with his father in Hotel Keurusselkä. Behind it was a nuanced day in the outdoor terrains of Keurusselkä and hunger was already straining in the stomach. Leena had all his favorite dinosaurs in his backpack and wanted to play with dinos every now and then. However, the father told him to leave the dinos in the room for dinner, and after small conciliations, Leena agreed to the request.
At dinner, Leena ate Keurusselkä’s chicken hamburger meal with side dishes with a good appetite. No crumbs were left uneaten. Dad was in a very good mood too. On the way to the hotel room, Leena noticed Keurusselkä’s Venla playroom and the dino backpack was immediately forgotten. After just over an hour, Dad had to take Leena to sleep, because it was late already and children’s bedtime.
Matti had been hiking all day in the woods of Keuruu Sports Park and stopped in the shed for frying sausages. However, thirst surprised him during the long trip and Matti quickly needed to go back to hotel.
The Pirtti café was still open before the closing time. Matti took coffee and juice. Also the beach sauna was already warm. At the end of the evening, Matti bathed properly and as he cooled, he watched the evening sun from the beak of the pier.
After the sauna, Matti was refreshed and decided to go and see which orchestra in the evening dances was on stage today. Yölintu played Matti’s favorite song “Tytöt ovat kauniita” and people danced enthusiastically. Everything was fine in life.
